The industry and innovative companies in Vietnam have a great need for qualified middle management professionals.
The aim of this project is to close a gap in the qualification requirements of companies in Vietnam by establishing a technician training program. As part of this project, concepts for the training of technicians in the field of electrical engineering for Vietnam are to be developed and tested. State recognition in Vietnam is sought.
As part of this project, Vietnamese vocational school teachers are prepared pedagogically and professionally for teaching at the technical college. The didactic concept of action orientation is the basis for the lesson design in the technical school. The examining board for the final exam consists of Baden-Wuerttemberg and Vietnamese teachers.
